Mortgage Brain creates link with Keystone

Mortgage Brain, the multi-award winning mortgage technology solutions provider, has joined forces with Marketing and Management Services Ltd (MMS) to give intermediaries access to MMS’ Keystone Lifestyle Protection products.

Intermediaries using Mortgage Brain’s sourcing systems, or the Key, its market leading CRM, point-of-sale and compliance solutions, can now link straight through to MMS for client quotes on all of its ASU products.

Mortgage Brain launches mobile app to promote brokers

Mortgage Brain, the market leading mortgage technology solutions provider, has announced the launch of its unique mobile application solution to promote brokers and mortgage products to UK consumers.

The app, launched initially on the iPhone and soon to be made available on the iPad and Android devices, is the first of its kind in the industry and has been designed to support brokers’ sales channels and promote them to consumers via new generation mobile applications.

NewBuy Guarantee filter available on ALL NEW MortgageBrain

Mortgage Brain, the industry’s most widely used and preferred mortgage technology solutions provider, has developed and launched a NewBuy Guarantee scheme filter to enable brokers to instantly identify mortgages from lenders that have recently brought out specific NewBuy products.

The development is in line with the Government’s recently announced ‘NewBuy’ initiative, where first time buyers need only a 5% deposit rather than the expected 20% for all new build properties, and sees Mortgage Brain become the first sourcing system provider to offer this service just days after the Government’s announcement.

Mortgage Brain completes MortgageStream Acquisition

Mortgage Brain, the market leading mortgage technology solutions provider, has announced today that it has completed the acquisition of point-of-sale and case management system provider, MortgageStream.

The acquisition, first announced at the beginning of December 2011, means that MortgageStream’s customers will now have direct access to multiple product channels including mortgage sourcing, e-trading, website provision plus a wide range of business partners offering cross sales opportunities.

The deal, completed for an undisclosed sum, means that 13.4% of authorised UK mortgage firms will now be using either the Key, Mortgage Brain’s flagship point-of-sale, CRM and compliance system or MortgageStream.
