Question

When I try and run The Key I get a message box saying Problem connecting to database, please check your Internet connection and/or your firewall settings' ?

Answer

Click OK to the message box - Now check your Internet Connection by opening Internet Explorer and see if you can access the internet.

If this is OK then you will need to check if your Firewall is not blocking the file TheKey.exe

Once complete now try logging into The Key.
